Ordering & Delivery

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Saturday can be delivered the same day. Sunday orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery..

Can I schedule a future delivery?

Absolutely! You can schedule deliveries up to 30 days in advance. This is perfect for special occasions and ensures your flowers arrive exactly when you need them.

Flower Care

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most cut flowers last 7-10 days. We provide care instructions with every order and offer a 7-day freshness guarantee.

How should I care for my flowers?

Keep flowers in clean, cool water, trim stems at an angle every 2-3 days, remove wilted blooms, and keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

We stand behind our quality. If your flowers arrive damaged or don't meet our standards, contact us within 24 hours and we'll replace them at no charge.

Special Occasions

Do you create custom wedding arrangements?

Yes! We specialize in wedding florals. Schedule a consultation at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding date to discuss your vision, colors, and budget.

Can you handle funeral arrangements?

We provide compassionate funeral and sympathy arrangements with 24/7 ordering. We understand the urgency and will work with you to create appropriate tributes.

Do you offer corporate services?

Yes, we provide weekly office flowers, event decorations, and corporate gifts. Contact us to discuss ongoing arrangements and volume discounts.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we don't accept returns. However, we guarantee satisfaction and will replace or refund arrangements that don't meet our quality standards.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available if we cannot fulfill your order or if the flowers don't meet our quality guarantee. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
