Coverage & Schedule

We deliver to over 90 countries. Deliveries are available most days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Flower delivery to major cities starts at AUD 29.95, with possible surcharges for baskets, remote areas, or peak event dates.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made by 5pm to business addresses and 7pm to residences. While preferred times can be requested, they are not guaranteed. We recommend placing holiday orders at least five days in advance.

If Recipient Is Unavailable

Couriers may leave the order with reception, a neighbor, or as instructed. If undeliverable, redelivery fees may apply. thefreshpetals.com is not liable for lost or damaged items left as per customer request.

Cut-Off Times

Same-day delivery is available for most metro areas if ordered before 12 noon (Monday–Friday) and 9 am (Sat). No delivery on Sundays or public holidays unless stated.

Special Delivery Locations

We cannot guarantee deliveries to hospitals, military bases, secure buildings, or extremely remote areas. Some rural deliveries may need to be picked up from a local depot.

Alcohol & Substitutions

Due to legal and cultural restrictions, alcohol may be replaced with flowers or gifts of equal value. Substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability, always maintaining style and value.

Payment & Security

We accept major credit cards and use secure systems to protect your data. Transactions are encrypted and monitored for safety.
