Delivery Guide
🌍 Where We Deliver
We deliver to over 90 countries worldwide. Most deliveries can be arranged Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Standard Delivery Fee: 29.95 AUD (for flowers to major city areas).
- Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Basket deliveries and remote areas may incur additional fees.
- Event days (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day) may include a surcharge — all charges will be confirmed before you complete your order.
Tip: For major holidays, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance to avoid delays.
⏰ Delivery Times
- Business addresses: by 5pm
- Residential addresses: by 7pm
We do our best to meet your requested delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. If you’re sending to a timed event, we suggest providing an alternate delivery address in case the venue cannot accept it.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or locked bag addresses.
📦 Missed Deliveries
If the recipient isn’t available:
- The courier may call to reschedule.
- Leave the order with reception, security, or a nearby neighbor.
- Leave it at the doorstep (if requested by you).
Please Note:
- If the flowers are left unattended (as per your request), we are not liable for theft, weather damage, or deterioration.
- If a redelivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete information, extra delivery charges may apply.
🕛 Same-Day Orders
We offer same-day delivery for flower products in major capital cities if your order is received by:
- 12pm (Mon–Fri)
- 9am (Saturday)
Delivery times are based on the recipient’s local time zone.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed in remote areas or due to stock limitations. Orders for Sundays or public holidays will be delivered on the next available date.
🗓 Public Holidays
We cannot guarantee delivery on local public holidays. Orders affected by holiday closures will be moved to the next available delivery date. Please check local public holiday schedules before ordering.
🚫 Delivery Limitations
Delivery is not guaranteed to:
- ICUs or restricted hospital areas
- Military bases, secure buildings, prisons
- Mine sites, remote locations, or during political/pandemic crises
🌐 Global Issues & Delays
During pandemics, natural disasters, or travel restrictions, delivery may be delayed. We’ll do our best to keep you informed and provide cancellation options. We kindly ask for your patience — every order supports florists, drivers, farmers, and local communities.
🌄 Rural & Remote Deliveries
Delivery in rural areas:
- May arrive 1–3 days early or late
- May require pickup from the nearest depot
- Weekend deliveries may not be available
We will contact the recipient if collection is necessary.
🏥 Hospitals, Nursing Homes & Care Facilities
Please include:
- Facility name, phone number
- Recipient’s name, ward/room number
Note:
- Deliveries are typically left at reception due to hospital policy.
- Flowers may not be permitted in ICUs or if the patient has allergies. Please check with the facility before placing your order.
⚰️ Funeral Orders
To ensure smooth delivery, include:
- Deceased’s full name
- Funeral home name/address
- Date & time of service
- Contact info for a family member
We recommend avoiding home deliveries for funeral arrangements.
🏢 Offices & Schools
Include:
- Recipient’s name, business/school name, address, and phone
- Room number or department, if applicable
- Preferred hours of availability (e.g. school closes at 3pm)
Deliveries may be left at reception.
🏡 Private Residences
Please provide:
- Recipient’s daytime phone number
- Access instructions, if applicable
Some residences may not be directly accessible. If we cannot reach the recipient or access the building, redelivery fees may apply.
🏨 Hotels & Resorts
For guests or staff:
- Include hotel name, room number, and recipient’s status
- If the recipient has checked out, the order may be charged a redelivery fee
🍷 Alcohol Delivery
Due to local laws and restrictions, alcohol may not be deliverable. If needed, we will substitute with an item of equal value (e.g. flowers or gifts). You may request a backup gift option in your delivery notes.
🔒 Payment Security
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Diners Club). Transactions are secured by SSL encryption — look for "https://" and a padlock icon in your browser.
Your privacy and security are important to us. In case of any unauthorized charges, contact us immediately.
