Refunds & Cancellations

At The Fresh Petals, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. To help ensure clarity, please review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders in progress—those already in preparation or out for delivery—cannot be canceled or refunded, including same-day orders.
  • Same-day orders may be postponed to the next available delivery date if fulfillment is not possible due to stock availability or the recipient’s geographic location.
  • Orders not yet in progress may be canceled upon request and are subject to The Fresh Petals' discretion. A processing fee of up to 50% may apply

Delivery Issues & Redelivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, and a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged. Unsuccessful delivery attempts may include (but are not limited to) the following situations:

  • Recipient is unavailable or not at the provided address
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • No safe place to leave the arrangement

Redelivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery date once we have your approval to apply the additional delivery fee to your card. If you choose to cancel the order at this stage, you will be charged the full cost of the order, including delivery fees.

Complaints & Refund Requests

  • Quality concerns, missed deliveries, or refund requests must be submitted via our [feedback form] within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Each valid complaint will be investigated, and we aim to respond as promptly as possible. If additional documentation or proof of delivery is needed, the process may take up to 14 days.

 

Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

The Fresh Petals is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery partners when the order has been properly processed on our end. In cases where The Fresh Petals is deemed responsible, we may offer either:

  • A re-delivery of the original order, or
  • A refund for services not rendered,
    at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be:
  • Issued within 14 daysReturned to the original payment method, in the same currency as the original order
